    This place totally nailed it! the room was super practical and up-to-date, which I liked. 🙌 Plus, the staff were really friendly. the best part was the awesome location - seriously, it was a dream! So close to everything like the metro, shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Can't ask for more, right?

    Great location on one of the most vibrant streets in the area, full of bars and entertainment - but the internal room meant I wasn't disturbed by the noise. Wi-fi worked fine and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

    The location. Walking distance to the city center (15minutes) and very alive neibourhoud in the night if you want to stay around the area! The room was small and simple but clean enough and the personel, though poor and only spanish speaking, was very friendly and helpful.

    You could hear the neibours from the room next by as they were in your baathroom. The place is great to enjoy madrid and have a fair room to sleep in the night.

    I stayed one night at Los Perales. Great value for money budget accommodation, friendly staff, good location - Calle La Palma runs all the way to Tribunal metro station for good connection to airport and Madrid Sur bus station. Would use again.

    It is really clean, well organized and confortable, in relation with the price. The staff was quite nice and help us to find a place to park the car. Even if the rooms were small, they are better than I expected for the price we payed. I recomend Los Perales and I can return there for sure. The place is not in the turistic area, but you can walk to the Puerta del Sol in a few minutes. There is also a metro station (Noviciado) almost in the door of the hotel. The hotel does not offer a coffeebreack, but there are several backeries and food stores (including 24h services) close enough.

    Luxurious amenities awaited us at this hotel. the room was filled with unique and exclusive advantages such as a private balcony, high-end toiletries and a plush king-sized bed. the service was exceptional, with staff greeting us upon arrival and offering helpful tips for exploring the city. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and top attractions within walking distance. Con: the only minor issue encountered during our stay was the WiFi connection becoming spotty at times. this did not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.

    Very clean and comfortable stay for your money. Not far from Subway or sites. Heated room. Decorative rooms as well. Secure facility.

    Very difficut to find this place. There were no directions on Booked.net or hotel website of how to reach their facility by subway or on foot. Staff didn't speak English. No tour guide desk.

    Great location in a lively neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was well-priced and clean.

    The check-in process was slow and disorganized. The room was small and lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning and hot water.
